Maison GASYA strives to make the ordering and payment process as simple and secure as possible for its customers.

1.1 Order or pre-order process


The customer can place an order from the selection of products available on the site or make a pre-order according to the indications below.

Maison GASYA offers the possibility of pre-ordering certain items. When the "Pre-order" button is visible on an item's product page, this means that it is possible to reserve this item before it is officially in stock.

The delivery time of the product is specified in the description of the item on its product page.

Please note that the delivery time indicated is an estimate and may vary depending on the availability of materials and the time required for the artisanal manufacture of our products.

Once the pre-order is successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation with the details of their purchase.

Maison GASYA will keep the customer informed of the progress of the pre-order and an e-mail notification will be sent as soon as the item is ready to be shipped.

Once your order is placed, a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipping is required.

Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

It is specified that certain products are sold with a longer shipping time due to the complexity of manufacturing, specific customization or due to the quantity ordered.

Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to the customer with a tracking number.

Maison GASYA offers several delivery options such as standard delivery, express delivery or other delivery services available depending on the delivery location.

Maison GASYA also offers international delivery to many countries around the world. Please note that customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on current regulations.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the delivery address and the delivery method selected. Delivery costs will be indicated during the checkout process before order confirmation.



3.1. Return policy

In the event of dissatisfaction, the non-professional individual customer has, in accordance with the law, 14 clear days following receipt of the order to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without penalty, with the exception of the return costs which remain at the responsibility of the customer and provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.


3.2. Refund Policy

The amounts paid by the customer will be fully reimbursed by bank transfer within a maximum period of 14 days which begins to run from the date of receipt by Maison GASYA of the return made by the customer.



All Maison GASYA products benefit automatically and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity, provided for by articles L.211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code,
  • The legal guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer. The warranty does not apply to apparent defects. Also excluded are defects and deterioration caused by natural wear or external accident, or by a modification of the product not planned or specified by Maison GASYA.

Maison GASYA's warranty is, in any case, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant or defective products.
